Hitch and Hop is a mobile bar that offers full service beverage catering and loads of fun. Our remodeled horse trailer travels to you for any occasion. Sadly, horses are not included. We love sharing drinks at weddings, birthday parties, happy hours, holiday events, corporate events, kids parties, etc.
Hitch & Hop offers full service beverage catering. We are stocked with everything you need. We provide barware, disposable drinkware, straws, ice, mixers, non-alcoholic beverages, garnishes, etc. We are staffed with TABC-certified bartenders and carry general liability and liquor liability insurance.
Texas liquor laws do not yet allow mobile services to carry a liquor license. Therefore, you or your venue must provide the alcohol. Don’t fret! Will will provide a quantitative alcohol shopping guide for you based on your consultation which can be delivered to your venue via Drizzly. Hitch & Hop provides full service beverage catering, so everything else (bartenders, cups, ice, mixers, garnishes, etc) is provided by us.
Our standard packages include service for non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, champagne, and cocktails. But why stop there? For the young and young at heart, let’s create a soda bar or infused lemonade bar. For those craving an adult beverage with no downside, we can mix up mocktails using zero-alcohol spirits. Let’s make a custom package and menu to fit your event exactly.
Hitch & Hop is centrally located in Houston and serves the greater Houston area including The Woodlands and Bryan/College Station. A little farther out than that? We may be able to come to you or provide a recommendation closer!
The horse trailer is 7ft tall x 6ft wide x 12ft long. We will need access for a truck to park the bar at your venue. We will park on level ground with clear access for your guests to order the fun drinks you picked. We require one standard electrical outlet to use for the duration of the event. If electricity is not an option at your venue, we can bring a generator.
Yes. Let us be the risk takers. We carry general liability and liquor liability policies. Also, our bartenders are TABC certified.
A 30% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold your event date. Full payment is due 14 days before your event date. If you cancel your event before final payment, we will refund any payments less the 30% nonrefundable deposit. If you cancel your event with less than 14 days notice, no refunds will be given. We do not offer refunds for inclement weather or force majeure. Please, reach out with any concerns and we will try to make accommodations.
